The third mega-conference of the International Orthodox Theological Association (IOTA) convenes in Poti and Kobuleti, on the Black Sea coast of Georgia, under the theme “Tradition and Traditions.” Hosted by New Georgian University in cooperation with the Archdiocese of Poti, the event brings together more than 300 speakers from over forty countries across thirty scholarly groups spanning Orthodox theology, biblical studies and church history. The keynote address will be delivered by Rev. Prof. John Behr (University of Aberdeen).
